TalentHero is seeking a mid-level recruiter to join our Managed Delivery Pod supporting a leading US staffing partner. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions and related roles, sourcing actively and passively, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience in a staffing agency or RPO environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and job boards.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.
• Meet agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role is designed for recruiters with 2-3+ years of experience who can independently manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and shared services positions.
