SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to support a US-based client. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding, all while aligning with US business hours.

You will recruit for US technology roles, verify work eligibility, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Strong hands-on VMS/MSP experience and a track record of meeting KPIs are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market.
• Hands-on VMS/MSP account experience.
• W2/C2C recruitment experience and US work authorization knowledge.
• Ability to meet KPIs and tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for US technology positions including Data Modeler, NOC Technician, Application Support, Cloud Computing Engineer, and AI roles.
• Assess candidates' qualifications and work authorization.
• Deliver qualified submissions within 24 hours.
• Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize urgent hiring.
• Apply verification and fraud prevention in recruitment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hit targets.
