SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to support a US-based client. You will lead four IT Recruiters while actively managing your own requisitions, guiding sourcing, screening, submissions, and offer closures.

Success is measured by KPI attainment and delivery, with flexibility to balance leadership and individual delivery. You will drive high-quality submissions within 24 hours, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Sysgen RPO Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle US IT recruitment.
• Proven track record leading recruiters and driving performance.
• Experience supporting VMS/MSP accounts in fast-paced staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of US work authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily recruitment activities and allocate requisitions.
• Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, submissions, and onboarding support.
• Guide team to deliver qualified submissions within 24 hours.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline progress, and placement results.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing and candidate engagement.
