Sysgen RPO is seeking experienced US Recruiters with hands-on VMS and MSP recruitment experience to support US-based clients from the Philippines. Manage end-to-end recruitment, submit qualified candidates, and meet performance targets while adhering to MSP processes.

You will coordinate requisitions via VMS platforms, verify work authorizations, and maintain timely updates with clients and candidates. Night shifts aligned with US business hours are required.

Competenze

• Proven recruitment experience supporting the US market in IT and/or non-IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Management System platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline).
• Experience recruiting within an MSP environment.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations and engagement types (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer management.
• Review requisitions on VMS platforms and identify candidates.
• Coordinate submissions, track progress, and maintain records in VMS/ATS.
• Adhere to MSP processes, client requirements, submission limits and SLAs.
