Sysgen RPO, Inc. in Makati is seeking an IT/Technical Recruiter to source qualified candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will engage passive candidates via calls and emails, endorse real-time tracking, and maintain relationships with hiring managers on requisition status.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of U.S. technical recruitment experience and hands-on experience with VMS systems like Fieldglass or Beeline.

Competenze

• At least two (2) years of U.S. technical recruitment experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience in VMS (i.e. Fieldglass/Beeline) is REQUIRED.
