- Handle gatekeepers, objections, and rejection professionally and confidently.
- Send follow‑up emails after calls, propose meeting times, and coordinate calendars between provider offices and the clinical team.
- Send calendar invitations, confirmations, and reminders, and manage rescheduling as needed.
- Log calls, emails, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM on the same day.
- Keep lead records and follow‑up activities organized and up to date.
- Share feedback regarding common objections, responses, and outreach patterns to help improve targeting and calling scripts.
- Support data processing tasks, including lead list cleanup and organization, during lighter calling periods.

- Strong phone presence and the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals, office staff, and gatekeepers.

- Demonstrated ability to manage an independent workload and consistently work toward targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and VoIP/dialer software.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
- Experience making outbound calls to healthcare providers or medical practices is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing daily call and follow‑up activities independently.
