Call pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our therapy services and build referral relationships
Send a templated follow-up email after each call
Book meetings and tours straight onto the team calendar when contacts show interest
Work through a structured follow-up cadence to nurture leads over time
Record every call, outcome, and next step accurately in the shared outreach tracker
Keep the partner and contact database up to date, including organization details and call history
Schedule and confirm partner meetings and tours, and send reminders for each
Draft routine correspondence such as thank-you notes and introductory emails from provided templates
Put together a weekly outreach summary of calls made, meetings booked, and follow-ups due
Manage the outreach inbox and flag anything that needs a direct response from leadership
Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or phone-based outreach
Clear, confident, and warm phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
Responsible, focused, and independent
Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach
Experience with Dialpad or similar cloud-based calling platforms
Background in partnership development, referral outreach, or relationship-based sales
Experience with U.S.-based healthcare, therapy, or education organizations
Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach tracking systems
Ready to manage several follow-ups and priorities at a time
