Job Summary:
We're actively seeking a warm, confident Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist to expand our referral network for pediatric ABA and occupational therapy services. You'll contact pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations, introduce our services, nurture lasting relationships, and arrange meetings and tours with interested partners. Strong applicants will have a natural, friendly phone presence, solid written English, and the organizational discipline to keep a calendar and outreach tracker running without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out by phone to pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our therapy services and establish referral relationships
Send a templated follow-up email after each call
Place meetings and tours straight onto the team calendar once a contact expresses interest
Keep to a structured follow-up rhythm that nurtures leads over time
Document every call, outcome, and next step precisely in the shared outreach tracker
Keep the partner and contact database updated, including organization details and call history
Arrange, confirm, and send reminders for partner meetings and tours
Write routine correspondence such as thank-you notes and introductory emails from provided templates
Produce a weekly outreach summary showing calls made, meetings booked, and follow-ups due
Sort through the outreach inbox and flag anything requiring a direct reply from leadership
Mandatory Skills:
Demonstrated experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or phone-based outreach
Clear, confident, and warm phone presence and a gift for building rapport quickly
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience handling calendars and booking appointments
Competence in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
Careful, consistent, and able to work without supervision
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Dialpad or similar cloud-based calling platforms
Experience in partnership development, referral outreach, or relationship-based sales
Background with U.S.-based healthcare, therapy, or education organizations
Exposure to CRM tools or outreach tracking systems
Ability to keep numerous follow-ups and priorities moving together
Real interest in supporting families and children's services
