Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a US Employee Support Specialist/Engagement for our Makati team. This hybrid role is onsite 4x per week at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with work hours aligned to US time zones.

The ideal candidate will support our US-based workforce, provide HR-related assistance, and help improve employee engagement and retention across assignments. Proficiency with ATS tools like Job Diva is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in employee engagement or assignment management.
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Job Diva) is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati.
• Flexibility to operate across multiple US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for US workers throughout their assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused US Employee Support Specialist/ Engagement to support our US-based workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as theprimary point of contact for US workers throughout their assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct check-ins during the first two weeks of assignment to ensure smooth integration and clarity on timesheets, pay stubs, and systems access.
• Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in employee engagement or assignment management
