Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for contingent healthcare workers during assignments.
• Coordinate with HR, pay, benefits and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with credential expirations and annual compliance renewals.
• Communicate end-of-assignment details and complete offboarding tasks.
• Provide job performance coaching to reduce attrition and boost satisfaction.
• Track renewals, extensions and performance evaluations.
• Document updates and generate reports in the ATS system (Job Diva).
• Share insights with teams to improve candidate experience and operations.
• Check in during the first two weeks to ensure smooth integration and timesheet clarity.
• Review credentials, licensure, and certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain credential records and monitor renewal timelines.
• Support continuing education and training during assignments.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused US Credentialing to support our US-based workforce. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing assignment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all contingent healthcare workers throughout their assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.
• Assist with expiring credentials and manage yearly compliance renewals.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct check-ins during the first two weeks of assignment to ensure smooth integration and clarity on timesheets, pay stubs, and systems access.
• Review healthcare providers' educational background, licensure, and certifications for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Maintain and track credential records, expiration dates, and required renewals.
• Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments.
