Job summary

Pride Global in Makati is seeking an EMEA HR/Engagement Specialist to support our EMEA-based workforce onsite in Makati, with a hybrid schedule (on-site 3 days a week).

You will act as the primary contact for contingent workers, manage assignments, onboarding, timesheets, and offboarding, resolve payroll/benefits issues with internal teams, and use Job Diva to document records and generate reports, ultimately improving candidate experience and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR support for the EMEA region.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in employee engagement and assignment management.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, preferably Job Diva.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for contingent workers throughout assignments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations issues.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver coaching to reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track contract renewals, extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use Job Diva to document updates, generate reports, and maintain records.
• Share insights with internal teams to improve candidate experience and efficiency.

We’re looking for a dedicated EMEA HR/Engagement Specialist to join our team onsite in Makati!

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused EMEA HR/Engagement Specialist to support our EMEA-based workforce. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing assignment support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assignment Management & Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all contingent workers throughout their assignments.

• Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.

• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.

• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.

• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.

• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.

• Conduct check-ins during the first two weeks of assignment to ensure smooth integration and clarity on timesheets, pay stubs, and systems access.
  

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with EMEA HR support

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field

• Prior experience in employee engagement or assignment management

• Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Job Diva) is a plus
