Qualifications

• Experience in US B2B/B2C receivables collections.
• Proven communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Familiarity with AR aging concepts and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive contact with assigned client accounts via phone and email to collect overdue balances and issue statements.
• Process RMAs, credit adjustments, and escalate high-risk/non-responsive accounts for further action.
• Maintain accurate customer data and log detailed records of collection interactions.
