Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support a US-based manufacturing client. You will handle customer billing, cash applications, and proactive collections while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate cash flow forecasting.

Key duties include outbound communications to US customers, invoicing, applying payments in the ERP, negotiating repayment schedules, and preparing weekly KPI reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable, billing or collections.
• BA/AS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Strong English communication, handling US client calls.
• Proficient Excel and ERP software experience.
• Experience with remote work setups.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to US customers for past-due accounts.
• Generate and send invoices promptly.
• Calculate terms, discounts, charges for accurate billing.
• Negotiate payment plans with past-due accounts.
• Apply cash receipts to ERP.
• Provide weekly cash forecast deliverables.
• Maintain records and admin files.
