MicroSourcing International is hiring an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for an onsite, day-shift role in Pasay City. You will manage AR activities across four entities, perform collections via phone and email, allocate payments, and keep precise notes in the ICE system.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts, administration or data processing.
• Demonstrated experience with accounts receivable, debt collection, bank or credit card reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and financial reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounts receivable and debt collection across four entities via phone and email.
• Follow collection schedules and escalation procedures for overdue invoices.
• Receive and allocate incoming customer payments to invoices accurately.
• Send customer statements and maintain collection notes in ICE.
• Investigate invoice queries and disputes by reviewing job/equipment history.
• Prepare weekly aged receivables reports (30/60/90+ days) and monthly summaries.
