Responsibilities

• Match projects with the right people by assessing scope, location, timing and requirements.
• Assign projects to Project Managers while balancing workloads and priorities.
• Review contracts, project details and client requirements in internal systems.
• Research project locations and requirements using online tools and reports.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, training, and time-off for Project Managers.
• Rebalance assignments as schedules or requirements change.
