Job summary

CoDev Philippines in Cebu IT Park is seeking a Staffing Manager for a US client. The role blends project administration, sales support, and client-facing duties to ensure projects are set up accurately and clients receive timely updates.

You will coordinate with project managers, review requirements, and assist with bids and staffing to meet utilization goals. Night shift, onsite, full-time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign new jobs to Project Managers
• Prioritize projects and manage workloads
• Review contracts and client/project requirements in the internal database
• Confirm information using online resources or previous reports
• Review PM availability, travel plans, training and/or vacation before assigning projects
• Maintain positive relationships with Project Managers to track delays and goals
• Act as liaison between Regional Directors and Project Managers for updates
• Work with Regional Directors to obtain training or mentoring for PMs
• Support sales teams with bidding, timing, scope, and staffing information
• Ensure utilization goals are understood and tracked for PMs
• Distribute and rebalance workloads across portfolios as needed
• Participate in monthly calls with division leaders and maintain professional service
