Job summary

BlueAPACHE is seeking a driven Sales Support Specialist in the Philippines to assist internal and external clients with run-rate device, licensing, and services sales. You will support quotes, orders, and portals, collaborating with distributors and the sales team to drive opportunities.

The role requires 1–2 years in quoting or sales support within IT, strong communication, and solid stakeholder management. Hybrid/work-from-home flexibility is offered and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in quoting, sales support or customer service in IT or related industry.
• Strong interest in technology and ability to conceptualise consumption models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing customer communications and resolving issues.
• Inside sales experience in IT distributor or MSP preferred.
• Exposure to e-commerce or procurement portals.
• Experience with quoting tools, procurement systems, CRM or ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cloud services, managed services, and end-user computing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers and sales team.
• Handle product support, order status updates and manage order deliverables.
• Raise deal registrations with distributors and vendors on pricing requests.
• Develop opportunities with the sales team and facilitate run-rate transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge across vendors and participate in training.
• Generate quotes and manage procurement activities across vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing and manage product catalogues, listings and portal functionality.
• Support portal enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
