Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our finance team. You will record, reconcile, and maintain accurate financial records, manage AP/AR, and ensure data integrity across systems while working from home during night shifts.

You should be proficient with QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience with responsibility for accurate financial records.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience for day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping principles.

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Handle end-to-end AP/AR: invoices, bills, customer and supplier payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payments; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain QuickBooks entries and monitor Stripe payments; assist with month-end tasks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist Finance Manager with reporting and audits.
