Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City is seeking a Bookkeeper Team Lead to oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliation tasks. You will ensure accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Stripe, and Bill.com, while coordinating with the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support with accurate records.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience reconciling customer payments and financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor Stripe payments and investigate payment issues as needed.
• Manage vendor payments via Bill.com and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized digital financial records for audits and reviews.
• Resolve discrepancies through coordination with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide general bookkeeping support to the Finance team and ensure procedural compliance.
