Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Reconciliation Specialist to support day-to-day accounting while working from home. The role covers vendor invoice processing, payments, vendor records, and bank reconciliations across systems to ensure accurate financial data.

You will log transactions in QuickBooks, manage Bill.com workflows, and assist with month-end close. Strong detail orientation and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
• Experience using Bill.com (preferred).
• Strong bank reconciliation experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – process vendor invoices through Bill.com and ensure proper approvals.
• Review invoices for accuracy and payment readiness; schedule electronic payments and checks.
• Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors about inquiries.
• Reconcile Bank & QuickBooks accounts; investigate discrepancies and ensure balances match.
• Reconcile transactions between the Tax Business System (TBS) and QuickBooks.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures and reporting.
