Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is looking for an IT/Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment needs in the U.S. and AU markets from the Philippines. You will source candidates, drive the recruitment process, and monitor endorsements and candidate statuses.

You will engage passive candidates through calls and emails while building strong relationships with Hiring Managers to keep them informed on progress and timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of U.S. or AU IT/Technical recruitment experience is required.
