Formidea PH is seeking a skilled recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Australian talent, coordinating assessments, interviews, and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and manage candidate pipelines across job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

The role is hybrid in Pasay, Philippines, supporting project-based recruitment for a 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Recruitment Professional - 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, managing offer discussions, and supporting onboarding requirements.
• AU Talent Hiring Exposure - Experience sourcing and hiring Australian talent across any industry, with familiarity in Australian candidate profiles, job boards, hiring timelines, and communication standards.
• Stakeholder Management - Able to work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, give recruitment updates, and align on hiring priorities.
• Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management - Skilled in using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Recruitment Administration - Responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers, coordinating interview schedules, preparing recruitment reports, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Project-Based Flexibility - Open to a 6-month contract with potential opportunities beyond, supporting recruitment needs for project-based and operational roles.
• Hybrid Work Ready - Willing to work onsite in Pasay City, MOA area, 4 days a week, with 1 WFH day.
