Job summary

The Transformation Group is seeking an AU Technical Recruiter to support our Australian recruitment team from the Philippines. This role focuses on sourcing, market mapping, and engaging technical candidates across international markets.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and Boolean search techniques to identify top talent, while maintaining strong relationships and providing recruitment support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience across technology and transformation roles.
• Australian recruitment experience is preferred, with openness to US/APAC/EU markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple channels.
• Conduct market mapping to identify relevant candidates, skillsets, companies, and talent pools.
• Utilise Boolean search and advanced search features to locate hard-to-find profiles.
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels; build relationships throughout the process.
• Track progress and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
