Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking a reliable Bookkeeping Specialist – US Accounts to support the financial operations of US-based businesses. You will maintain accurate accounting records, process transactions, and help with month-end closes from our Ortigas, Pasig City location.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering accurate reporting to US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite on a night shift in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for US-based accounts.
• Record, classify, and organize financial transactions according to procedures.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Monitor AP/AR and customer records; follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and related account reviews.
• Prepare routine financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and US-based clients.
• Keep organized digital accounting records for easy retrieval.
