Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking a reliable Bookkeeping Specialist – US Accounts to support US-based clients from Ortigas, Pasig. The role handles records, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and English communication. Night-shift onsite work plus confidentiality and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of bookkeeping/accounting experience or more.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting US-based clients or businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for US-based accounts.
• Record, classify, and organize financial transactions per procedures.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Monitor AP/AR and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reports.
