Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to qualify leads via inbound/outbound calls, using scripts to gather property details and define service specs.

You will measure property boundaries with satellite mapping tools inside Canopy CRM to price jobs, draft and follow up quotes via text and email, and review call recordings in CallRail to capture lead details and update contacts.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and inbound/outbound call handling.
• Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms, softphone dialers, and call-tracking software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, and mapping tools.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound lead qualification calls using provided scripts to gather property details and define service specifications
• Measure property boundaries using satellite mapping tools inside the proprietary Canopy CRM to calculate accurate job pricing
• Draft, send, and manage quote follow-up communications via text and email within the CRM, including drafting responses for client approval
• Review missed call recordings in CallRail to capture lead details, update contact profiles, and log outreach attempts
• Audit, clean, and deduplicate database records in Canopy CRM by verifying address details, phone numbers, and attaching property photos
• Conduct accounts receivable follow-ups via phone and text for unpaid invoices, and send Google Business Profile review requests to satisfied clients
• Perform downtime administrative reconciliation, matching accounting records and operational data between Service Autopilot and Canopy CRM

Qualifications

• Direct experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and inbound/outbound call handling
• Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms, softphone dialers, and call-tracking software like CallRail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, and web-based satellite mapping tools
