• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, and mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound lead qualification calls using scripts.
• Measure property boundaries using satellite mapping tools in Canopy CRM.
• Draft, send, and manage quote follow-up communications via text and email.
• Review missed call recordings in CallRail and log outreach attempts.
• Audit and deduplicate database records in Canopy CRM.
