Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a driven Senior Recruiter to identify top talent and support hiring across multiple requisitions. The role starts 100% onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati, with hybrid work after the first 9 days at any PSG workspace.

You will source and screen candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with stakeholders to meet hiring needs, while maintaining documentation and delivering a consistent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience.
• Background in RPO, staffing, or recruitment services is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage multiple requisitions while balancing competing priorities.

About the Role
