Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management and general HR.
• Proven track record in handling grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in HR contexts.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations; compliance-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Political Science, or related field.

About the role

As an Employee Relations and Performance Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations and driving performance management initiatives within our organization. This full-time position is based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila, and will be a key contributor to our Human Resources team.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution
• Implement and continuously improve performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Develop and deliver training programs to equip managers with the skills to effectively manage and motivate their teams
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Analyse employee data and metrics to identify trends and inform HR strategies
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives

What we’re looking for
