Job summary

Peak Outsourcing, Inc. in Makati seeks an onsite customer support and sales specialist. You will assist customers in placing orders across channels and drive sales through proactive outreach via phone, chat, and email. Daily productivity reports support your supervisor in tracking performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in BPO inbound support and sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inbound customer support and sales experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience in chat support is a plus.
• Familiarity with US Tax, e-commerce, and US Retail is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Available to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
