Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inbound customer support and sales experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience in chat support is a plus.
• Familiarity with US Tax, e-commerce, and US Retail is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Available to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing orders through various sales channels.
• Drive sales by initiating and maintaining communication with existing, new, and potential clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Report daily productivity to your immediate supervisor.
