Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance agents/financial advisors to hit targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members to build a productive sales force.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market reach.
• Monitor team performance and prepare performance reports.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Conduct sales presentations, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Support agents in identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Promote a positive, growth-focused team culture.
