Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years in sales leadership within life insurance or financial services, plus licensing with the Insurance Commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales leadership or team management experience in financial services.
• Hold Insurance Commission licenses (Traditional and/or Variable/VUL) or willingness to be licensed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard Financial Advisors to grow headcount and market reach.
• Coach and mentor advisors in financial planning and needs-based selling.
• Lead the unit to meet monthly and yearly sales targets for protection, savings, and investments.
• Monitor productivity; conduct performance reviews and set activity plans.
• Identify new market segments; organize sales drives; assist closing complex cases.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies and Insurance Commission regulations.
