Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Insurance Unit Head in the Philippines to lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors. This role focuses on recruitment, coaching, and driving sales targets to expand overall business performance.

The successful candidate will recruit, onboard, and mentor advisors, monitor performance, and implement growth strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• College degree; a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or sales leadership.
• Proven experience in team management, recruitment, and coaching.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a passion for developing people and growing a business.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Advisors and sales professionals.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales, productivity, and recruitment goals.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Support advisors in delivering financial protection, savings, and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities.
