Job summary

ETP Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant to gather client requirements and configure Unified Commerce platforms across POS, CRM, OMS, and product management. You will work with product and development teams to address customization needs and run end-to-end implementations.

The ideal candidate has a background in software implementation, strong knowledge of retail tech, and excellent communication and training skills to support clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in software implementation, solution consulting, business analysis, or enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of retail technology, commerce platforms, POS systems, CRM, OMS, and product management processes.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements through discovery sessions and needs assessments.
• Configure the Unified Commerce platform, including POS, CRM, Promotions, Order Management, Product Management, and Marketplace Integrations.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to address customization and integration requirements.
• Conduct solution testing, user acceptance validation, and ensure successful implementation.
• Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to client teams.
• Manage assigned implementation activities, timelines, milestones, and project scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during and after implementation.
• Maintain implementation documentation and provide regular project status reports.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, gathering feedback and communicating enhancement opportunities to internal teams.
