Job summary

Altametrics is seeking an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to blend customer support with technical onboarding for POS and enterprise solutions. You will ensure new clients are guided through the system and feel confident navigating tools, with emphasis on menu-building and accurate data entry.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects while delivering professional support and training to customers, including adapting to a shifting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (Onboarding, Implementation, Support, or CSR).
• Experience building menus within POS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high-accuracy data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Configure and customize POS systems, including menu-building per requirements.
• Accurately handle client data entry and system configuration.
• Deliver clear, friendly verbal support and training to customers.
• Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
• Provide ongoing external support for POS concerns and general customer service.
• Adapt to a shifting work schedule as needed.
