Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a proactive Training Implementation Officer to drive end-to-end training programs. You will partner with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences using LMS platforms and multimedia tools, ensuring quality and measurable impact.

You will lead TTT sessions, perform needs analyses, and coordinate program execution from pilot to operations, with a focus on customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training content development and delivery across programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) via surveys and assessments.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and other training workshops.
• Manage training Masterfile and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT and PMO for User Acceptance Testing and tool access.
• Monitor training delivery and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Prepare post-training RUN reports and knowledge resources.
• Support handoff of training to Learning Operations and ongoing post-implementation support.
• Identify and escalate risks during program execution.
