ETP Group is a growing AI-first SaaS company serving Retail and e-Commerce across Asia Pacific. We implement scalable, cloud-native platforms that integrate POS, CRM, Inventory, Promotions, PIM, OMS, and more for 500+ brands in 17 countries.

We are seeking an implementation-focused professional to own customer engagement, conduct needs assessments, configure solutions, and lead training and handover to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with enterprise clients to understand business processes and challenges.
• Ability to map customer requirements to ETP solutions and provide a clear onboarding plan.
• Strong communication skills to align customer needs with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagement for implementations and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Engage at presales for solution mapping, effort estimation, and onboarding vision.
• Configure the Unified Commerce Solution per client needs, including POS, CRM, promotions, OMS, and integrations.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for client and internal teams.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain plans, timelines, and milestones.
