Job summary

AS White Global Pty seeks an experienced underwriting support specialist to back the end-to-end loan journey and assist with quotes, endorsements and renewals. You will handle daily admin tasks for the underwriting team, process submissions, and maintain meticulous records in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Based in Metro Manila, the role offers hybrid work with probation on-site. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential to coordinate with brokers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in office administration, clerical support or data entry; insurance/financial services background is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with fast and accurate data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end loan journey with Loan Writers to help clients achieve financing outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to the underwriting team, manage central inboxes and processing submissions within required turnaround times.
• Monitor underwriting diaries and follow up on outstanding requirements (subjectivities, renewals, policy docs).
• Assist with preparing preliminary quotes, policy endorsements and renewal notifications under supervision.
• Maintain accurate underwriting system records, client files, spreadsheets and templates.
• Support credit control by monitoring overdue payments and reviewing closings against quotes.
• Liaise with internal teams, brokers and insurers on inquiries and updates, ensuring compliance checklists are completed.
