Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is hiring for Insurance Processing Support (Insurance Admin) in a hybrid setup in Eastwood Ave, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role supports brokers and clients by handling policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in insurance administration or related customer service, experience with Australian brokers or insurers, and strong MS Office and insurance documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in insurance administration, account support, or customer service.
• Experience with Australian insurance brokers or insurers/companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and insurance documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide client and administrative support/back up for aligned broker/s ensuring accuracy of information provided.
• Accurately process policy changes (new business, renewals, cancellations).
• Manage Monthly Statement process per Credit Control procedures.
• Assist broker in renewals per Renewal procedures.
• Ensure all cancellation notices are acted on and policies are current before cancellation date.
• Understand broker’s client base and be the primary contact in their absence.
• Manage incoming/outgoing post for self and broker.
• Provide overview of client claims and assist to progress claims.
• Support smooth office operations (answer phones, admin/reception tasks).
• Comply with company standards, processes, procedures and policies.
