Job summary

IntoGREAT Solutions in Quezon City is seeking an Insurance Processing Support to back the onshore Client Services team. The role handles administrative tasks across insurance broking portfolios and ensures timely processing of transactions, maintenance of client and policy records, and preparation of essential documentation.

This hybrid position requires 1–3 years of General Insurance experience, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of General Insurance experience with Australian or other markets.
• Strong data entry and document processing with high accuracy.
• Experience with policy handling from new business, quotations, endorsements and renewals.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to follow structured processes and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and documentation accurately in the insurance platform.
• Input and maintain client and policy data records.
• Compile docs for new quotes, endorsements, renewals as directed by the onshore team.
• Assist with client and insurer correspondence.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate progress to the onshore team.
• Complete other processing or admin duties as required.
