Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking an experienced Insurance Administration/Broking professional to support client-focused services and customized commercial insurance solutions for Australian clients. The role emphasizes accurate policy processing, renewals, and documentation, with collaboration across the broking team.

This position offers a flexible work setup in Manila (BGC, Taguig) with Australian hours (6am to 3pm local time) and 100% work-from-home after a 6-month probation on a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of insurance broking or administration experience, preferably in the Australian market.
• Strong knowledge of policy processing, renewals, invoicing, and general insurance.
• Experience with Insight, Winbeat, or similar broking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document preparation.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communications and follow-ups for pre-renewals and policy renewals.
• Maintain accurate policy records, file notes, and supporting documentation.
• Obtain insurer quotations, manage renewal remarketing, and update insurance broking systems.
• Review policy coverage, premiums, excesses, and terms to support suitable client solutions.
• Assist the Claims Team with documentation, client enquiries, and claims follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and broking team to ensure smooth daily operations.
