Job summary

AS White Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Broker Assistant to support Principal Brokers with broking administration, policy records, and insurer coordination, delivering high-quality service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Manila with Australian business hours, the role offers a hybrid option after probation and growth within a respected APAC insurance group.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in Australian insurance broking support.
• Experience across renewals, pre-renewals, client servicing, policy administration.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance processes and servicing existing client portfolios.
• Experience using WinBEAT, Insight, Steadfast-related platforms.
• Proactive and self-directed with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with brokers, clients, insurers and underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of commercial insurance portfolios including renewals, endorsements, policy amendments, cancellations, and client servicing.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers and underwriters to obtain information, manage follow-ups and facilitate policy transactions.
• Monitor renewal pipelines, pre-renewal activities and outstanding requirements to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and maintain policy documentation, certificates, invoices, correspondence and compliance records.
• Manage broker and administration inboxes, respond to client inquiries and coordinate follow-ups.
• Assist with debtor management, premium collection activities and outstanding payment follow-ups.
• Act as a key support partner to brokers by proactively identifying tasks and driving to completion.
