Job summary

AS White Global Pty in Manila is seeking a Broker Assistant to support Principal Brokers by coordinating policy servicing, maintaining policy records, and liaising with insurers to ensure client portfolios are serviced efficiently.

The role requires at least 5 years in Australian insurance broking support and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Initial onsite work for the first 3–6 months, with potential hybrid arrangements thereafter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian insurance broking support or similar role.
• Experience supporting full policy lifecycle: renewals, endorsements, documentation, client servicing.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate policy servicing across commercial portfolios (renewals, endorsements, new business, cancellations).
• Prepare client documentation such as schedules, invoices, certificates, and correspondence.
• Communicate with insurers, underwriters, and clients to obtain information and track requirements.
• Monitor renewal dates and follow up to support timely insurance arrangements.
• Manage broker workflows, enquiries, and administrative activities.
