YML Group Outsource Manila Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Underwriting Assistant to support our underwriting team across new business, renewals and policy changes, with exposure to Australian clients.

The role involves data entry, document review, quotes and policy documents, CRM updates, and collaboration with brokers. Full-time, onsite with hybrid option after regularization, aligned to Sydney business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in the insurance industry, underwriting support or policy administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English with Australian stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Stable employment history.

Responsabilités

• Process new business submissions, renewals, endorsements and cancellations per guidelines.
• Review forms and documents for completeness and accuracy; follow up on missing info.
• Prepare quotes and policy documents for underwriter review.
• Maintain records in underwriting CRM systems and data logs.
• Support underwriters with data gathering, reporting and workflow tracking.
• Respond to broker inquiries via email or phone; identify process gaps and improvements.
