Sleek is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive revenue through renewals and renewals-driven upsells, located in the Philippines or India. The role emphasizes customer-centric problem solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve monthly renewal, CSAT, and cash-collection targets.

• Experience working with SMEs, startups, fast paced setups in the UK market.
• Exposure to different cultures because Sleek clients are from all over the world.
• Ability to resolve issues by collaborating internally and externally.
• Familiar with Tableau, Zendesk, Hubspot.
• Experience handling complex customers and troubleshooting/escalations.
• Proactive to take up new projects to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve renewal rate targets on a monthly basis, along with CSAT, Expansion and churn targets.
• Conduct detailed investigations into the customer's end-to-end interactions with Sleek, working cross-functionally with relevant departments to drive resolution.
• Achieve cash collection targets on a monthly basis through renewal, upsell and upgrades.
• Understand and track your pipeline in a data-driven manner, prioritising ticket resolution to meet monthly targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve renewal processes and share best practices.
