Sleek is seeking a Customer Success - Renewals professional to renew services for existing clients and contribute to revenue growth. You will focus on renewal, upsell and retention while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success with sales targets, and you may be located in Singapore or the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience with SMEs, startups in Singapore market.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and with clients.
• Familiar with Tableau, Zendesk and Husbpot.
• Experience handling complex customers and escalations.
• Proactive to take up new projects to completion.
• Data-driven with strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Renewal targets are met monthly across existing customers.
• Investigate end-to-end customer interactions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain customer CSAT and renewals data to support decisions.
• Achieve cash collection targets via renewals, upsell and expansions.
• Manage and prioritise pipeline data to reach monthly targets.
• Collaborate with accounting, corporate security, product and data teams to improve renewal processes.
