• 5+ years of MDM experience
• Hands-on Workspace ONE expertise
• Enrollment and provisioning of iOS/Android/Windows devices
• Experience testing and pushing IPA/APK apps
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mobility solutions for fleets of devices
• Troubleshoot enrollment, app install, and device communication issues
• Collect logs (X-code, ADB) for failure analysis
• Support AFW/DEP integration and token/certificate renewal
• Generate custom reports per customer requirements
