Stefanini, Inc. invites an experienced Senior UEM/MDM Engineer to join our Pasay team.

You will design and implement Mobility solutions for multiple customers, with hands-on Workspace ONE duties including enrollment, provisioning, and policy enforcement across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. The role demands 5+ years in MDM, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to reproduce customer environments to identify root causes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with focus on Workspace ONE/Mobility management.
• Proficient in MDM products: Workspace ONE, Intune, Samsung Knox, ABM, XenMobile.
• Able to reproduce customer environments to diagnose root causes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Mobility solutions for fleets of devices across customers.
• Hands-on experience on Workspace ONE platform.
• Enrollment and provisioning of devices like iOS, Android, Windows.
• Test and push applications to mobile devices (iPA and APK files).
• Assign Restriction policies to mobile devices.
• Assign Compliance policies to mobile devices.
• Push scripts using product provisioning procedures in Workspace ONE.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, app install, and device communication issues for customers.
• Collect logs (X-code, ADB) to investigate failures or profiles issues.
• Troubleshoot iOS/Android/macOS/Windows platform issues.
• Create customized reports as per customer requirements.
• Replicate issues and escalate to VMware if product limitation or bug.
• Work on AFW and DEP integration procedures and token/cert renewals.
• Handle Volume Purchase Program requests for bulk apps.
• Supervise devices using Apple Configurator and DEP.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

This position is for UEM/MDM technology. The individual should have 5+ years of experience in MDM technology with strong technical background and be very keen in troubleshooting issues. Normal operations require managing critical issues, regularly communicating with customers, training on MDM product features. Ability to reproduce customer environments in order to find root cause of issues will be a key responsibility.

Job Requirements Details: Job Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of experience in IT industry and specialization in Workspace ONE technology.
• Sound knowledge on MDM products like Workspace ONE, Intune, SamsungKnox, ABM and XenMobile.
• Should be proficient in MAM, MCM and MEM concepts relating mobile device management.
• Certifications relating to MDM products will be added advantage.
• Should be capable of integrating different components and technologies on MDM platforms.

Pay Range:

Based on Experience
