Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. invites an experienced Senior UEM/MDM Engineer to join our Pasay team.

You will design and implement Mobility solutions for multiple customers, with hands-on Workspace ONE duties including enrollment, provisioning, and policy enforcement across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. The role demands 5+ years in MDM, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to reproduce customer environments to identify root causes.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with focus on Workspace ONE/Mobility management.
Proficient in MDM products: Workspace ONE, Intune, Samsung Knox, ABM, XenMobile.
Able to reproduce customer environments to diagnose root causes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Mobility solutions for fleets of devices across customers.
Hands-on experience on Workspace ONE platform.
Enrollment and provisioning of devices like iOS, Android, Windows.
Test and push applications to mobile devices (iPA and APK files).
Assign Restriction policies to mobile devices.
Assign Compliance policies to mobile devices.
Push scripts using product provisioning procedures in Workspace ONE.
Troubleshoot enrollment, app install, and device communication issues for customers.
Collect logs (X-code, ADB) to investigate failures or profiles issues.
Troubleshoot iOS/Android/macOS/Windows platform issues.
Create customized reports as per customer requirements.
Replicate issues and escalate to VMware if product limitation or bug.
Work on AFW and DEP integration procedures and token/cert renewals.
Handle Volume Purchase Program requests for bulk apps.
Supervise devices using Apple Configurator and DEP.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
